About Sam

In loving memory of our Sam who we all love so much.

Sam will be greatly missed and be in our hearts forever.

You must have had a difficult kittenhood because you were scared of everyone. After we got you from the SPCA you hid under the couch most of the time. It took you months to let us pat and cuddle you. After a year and a half, you finally warmed up to us, and you became our special friend and gave us years of companionship.

We'll miss your gentle purring so much, your meow, your brushing up against a leg in the kitchen.

Your favourite toy was a rubber mouse that you played with till it fell apart. We got you a bell on a ribbon for your neck too, and we'll always remember that comforting jingle around the house and outside. You loved tuna the best and sometimes we'd spoil you with real tuna from the fish market.

You were taken ill suddenly from feline lukemia and it was such a sudden shock for all of us. The pain is still there, but we know one day we'll be able to talk and laugh about you without crying again.
